Return Window: We accept return requests within 30 days of your delivery date.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (with tags intact, where applicable).

Exemptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, personalized/custom items, perishable goods, and opened pet consumables/hygiene items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you change your mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If the item arrives incorrect, we cover 100% of the costs. Please send us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement or a full refund immediately.

How to Start a Return: Simply email our support team with your order number. Authorized returns will be processed within 3–5 business days of arriving back at our facility.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because we work quickly to get your gifts shipped out, orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this 12-hour grace period, your order enters our fulfillment cycle and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
To ensure fairness and product availability, we only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to current stock availability.
Processing Your Refund
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Standard Refunds: Approved refunds will be automatically issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds & Store Credit: To protect our shop against fraud and wear, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund if an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition. In certain scenarios, we may offer store credit instead of a direct refund at our discretion.
Shipping Liability & Clear Communication

Delivery Safekeeping: We partner with premium carriers, but we are not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or lost/stolen packages that have been officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

Because we take customer care seriously, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first forces us to protect our business; this may result in a permanent ban from future purchases and the immediate submission of transaction evidence to the payment provider.
