1. Order Acceptance, Pricing & Modifications

  • 12-Hour Order Window: Because our fulfillment system moves quickly to get gifts delivered on time, any requests for order cancellations or address modifications must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order cannot be altered or canceled.

2. Shipping, Delivery & Address Accuracy

  • Estimated Timelines: Delivery dates provided at checkout are transit estimates provided by our carrier partners. While we guarantee your order will be dispatched promptly, we are not legally or financially responsible for unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, severe weather, or high-volume holiday backlogs.

  • Delivery Liability: We pack every order with care, but our liability ends once the package is handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for:

    • Lost or stolen packages that have been officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

    • Deliveries that fail or go missing due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

  • Disputes & Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first bypasses our standard resolution process. To protect our business against fraudulent claims, any premature or unwarranted disputes will result in:

    • The immediate, permanent ban of your account and billing details from all future purchases at our store.

    • The swift submission of full transaction evidence, tracking data, and communication history to your payment provider to defend the transaction.
